End of the year 2018 for JSIS – practical information

From 24/12 to 2/01 the following services will be closed:
· JSIS welcome offices (Brussels, Luxembourg, Ispra)
· call center "PMO Contact" (Bruxelles, Luxembourg et Ispra)
· health screening programme
· call center « JSIS Online Access & EU LOGIN »

The direct billing service will remain available on 24th, 26th, 27th, and 28th December and 2nd January for emergencies.

Due to technical maintenance of the JSIS accounting tool, claims for reimbursement introduced (via JSIS on line or via the paper procedure) after December 7th are likely to be processed at the beginning of January 2019. It will still be possible to submit the claims via JSIS on line but their processing could be postposed (+/- 10 working days).
